We understand that the most time-consuming aspect of a project can be the basic administrative logistics: answering e-mails, fielding questions, updating social media… Often people know they can use the help, but feel it would be even more time-consuming to explain what they need to an intern. Narus consultants aim to come in knowing the right questions to ask and to efficiently take over the grunt work.
Narus will provide the marketing and PR essentials to make a production eye-catching, audience-filling, and media-attractive. Our involvement can range from marketing consultancy and planning to complete running of a production’s marketing campaign.
Once a project has been completed, our work is not over. Narus will prepare a follow-up report to evaluate the overall project, to satisfy funding bodies, and to share the discoveries of best-practice with the rest of the disability arts community. Furthermore we aim to analyse our involvement with the project to ensure the success of future ventures.
Feel like you are stuck in a rut with your organisation’s development? Narus can work with you to rebrand your business, set short-term and long-term goals, reconsider the structural organisation of your company, or brainstorm ways to promote your work as a business without losing the integrity of your creative practice. We will support the writing of business plans and offer support and advice in thinking of how to monetise the work of theatre companies and artists without losing artistic integrity.
What Narus team members bring to your project:
• Strategy development and execution
• Clear communication
• Accessibility awareness
