Rachel Erickson (Director) has over a decade of experience as a director, stage manager, administrator, and creative facilitator. She is also founder and creator of London Loo Tours, a walking history tour through Central London's public conveniences.
Past credits also include projects with Graeae Theatre Company, Actability Inclusive, Corali Dance Company, and Parrabbola. She also served as a volunteer marshal for the opening and closing ceremonies of the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
Rachel completed her BA in Theatre at Lewis & Clark College in 2011, and MA in Applied Theatre at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2012. She conceived of Narus to put her academic qualifications to practical use, combining a love of organisation, a passion for equal access and a drive to support and nurture new avenues into creative practice.

Tricia Howey (Marketing Manager) is an accomplished marketer who has developed a diverse portfolio working in marketing in the creative industries and third sector for the past 14 years.
Tricia also works with JustShare, a social justice organisation in the City of London, and as an academic mentor to disadvantaged young people at London based charity IntoUniversity. She has also built a successful marketing career in high-end furniture and interior design, previously working for Vitra and Tom Dixon in London.
In 2011 Tricia earned her MA in Religion in Contemporary Society from King’s College London, and a BA in Communication from Hult International Business School London in 2006. She is a patron and ally
of the arts with a particular interest in education and social and cultural engagement and inclusion.
